In 2011 Sascha van Druten designed this appartment to rent out to expats. The buiding was made casco and Sascha coordinated the realisation of his design. The appartment meets a high standard of comfort, luxury and beauty. This is not only visible but also some features are taken away from our view as floor- and mirror heating (against fogging) and the high quality insulation that reduces energy costs.

A family with three young children needs a clever design for their 7,5m2 bathroom, to use it optimally. Sascha expanded the bathroom a little and selected space efficient sanitair. To facilitate the required storage, Sascha designed the custom made teak wooden pieces. All together an efficient, practical bathroom of which the family enjoys the luxury every day.
